Teddy has dedicated over 30 years to providing Human Resources counsel and leadership in the US and Europe to some of the world's leading corporations - Macy's, Gillette, Citigroup, and CRH. A true entrepreneur at heart, and having owned his own human resources consulting firm, Teddy founded PFSG to assist others in finding their passion and achieving the freedom that comes with business ownership, aligning with their lifestyle and financial aspirations.
