    Our Franchise Search Process

We are with you at every step of the journey.

                WHAT WE DO:

    1 - UPON CONTACT

Our consultation services are complimentary, as franchise companies retain us to introduce candidates with the requisite qualifications for success.
The initial step involves completing an
information form. After submission, a franchise consultant will reach out to confirm your details. In your first discussion with our consultant, you will explore the Franchise Categories that most capture your interest.

    2 - INTRODUCTION & CONSULTATION

At this stage, we collect essential information to assess your capabilities and identify suitable business models for you. Our initial goal is to understand your identity—for instance, your previous skills, the lifestyle you seek, and your overarching objectives. The aim for any esteemed franchise is not merely to sell a franchise to any interested buyer, but to grant a franchise to well-qualified individuals who will prosper in managing their business model. Their triumph is synonymous with your success.

    3 - EVALUATION

We will acquaint you with the respective franchises, providing you with valuable insights into each of these robust business models. Anticipate learning about some of the most exciting name-brand franchises within the categories of your interest. It's important to remain open-minded, thoroughly evaluate each business model, and compare their differences. Be cautious not to dismiss any business prematurely before you have all the facts. A cursory look at a business often doesn't reveal its full potential; delving into the financials and operations can uncover impressive opportunities that might initially be missed.

                 WHAT YOU DO:

4 - REVIEW OF FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT (FDD)

Upon receiving a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) from a franchisor, it's crucial to meticulously review the document and address any queries you might have. The franchisor should be willing to help you find the answers. The FDD includes a roster of current franchisees with their contact details. Reaching out to these franchisees is strongly advised to get a real sense of what running a franchise in their network entails.

    5 - CALL FRANCHISEES / VALIDATION CALLS

Asking the right questions of current and former franchisees is crucial. We will provide you with a list of questions to aid in this endeavor. It's an excellent chance to gain insights from those who have firsthand experience. Use this opportunity to confirm the validity of the franchise and to understand the potential profitability of the franchises.

6 - CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY & ACCOUNTANT

The importance of consulting with a knowledgeable attorney and/or accountant before buying any business cannot be overstated. It's crucial that both professionals possess expertise in franchising to fully protect and benefit your interests. If you haven't yet secured these experts, we are able to provide recommendations.

    7 - ATTEND A DISCOVERY DAY

Many franchisors offer a Discovery Day, inviting potential franchise partners to observe operations at a particular franchise location. This event provides vital information to aid in your decision-making process and also offers the opportunity to meet the team that will support you in managing your franchise business.

    8 - DECISION TIME

After completing all the preceding steps, the moment has arrived for you to decide. If you opt to own a franchise, rest assured that you have undertaken the essential steps to take charge of your destiny by owning your business.

    DISCLOSURE

This website, and the information contained herein do not constitute the offer or sale of a franchise. There are certain states that require the registration of the companies' Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) before the franchisor can advertise or offer the franchise in that state. The franchises listed on our website may not be registered in all registration states and may not offer franchises to residents of those states or to persons wishing to locate a franchise in those states. The offer and sale of a franchise can only be made through the delivery and receipt of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD.)
Pierre Franchise Search Group (PFSG) is not an agent, employee, representative, or other functionary of the seller of the respective franchises introduced to you.
PFSG is an Independent Contractor, engaged in the activity of introducing prospective business buyers to sellers of franchises.
PFSG is paid a finder's fee or commission by the seller if you elect to purchase a business from a company that was introduced to you by us.
PFSG has not checked the accuracy of the written or web site information provided by the seller, and assumes no responsibility for the acts, errors, or omissions of the seller, or the outcome of any transaction.
PFSG is not qualified to advise in any part of the purchase of a franchise. You are urged to seek professional advice from qualified franchise attorney, accountant, or other qualified resource.
Many Franchisors disclose various earnings claims in their disclosure documents. PFSG does not enter into discussions of earnings claims. Any earning claims information shall come directly from the franchise representatives.
Buying a franchise is a complicated investment. Take your time to decide, and personally visit the headquarters of the company you elect to buy from. Make good, common-sense decisions in all investment matters.
The Federal Trade Commission regulates the sale of franchises. The FTC has a very user-friendly web site, www.FTC.gov. We suggest you use it.
Your state may also have laws regarding franchises. Ask your state consumer affairs agencies about them.
The Better Business Bureau is another excellent information source for potential franchise buyers. www.BBB.org will put you in instant touch with both local and national offices.
You alone are responsible for researching the franchise you purchase.
